CNC Operator

The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines and related equipment to ensure high-quality production in line with ISO, customer, and manufacturing standards. This position requires experience with automated production machinery and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Setting and operating CNC machines and wheel dressing machines
• Inspecting products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conducting basic operator maintenance
• Following operating procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager

• Previous experience with automated production machinery
• Educated to leaving certificate standard (or equivalent)
• Fully computer literate with strong numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Adaptability and flexibility to work rotating shifts
