In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the maintenance and efficiency of 30 sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland — 29 stores and one office. You'll lead from the front on a diverse range of projects and facilities initiatives while keeping us compliant, sustainable, and future-ready.

- Managing all subcontractor relationships including safety checks, energy use, maintenance, and more
- Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and supporting internal audits
- Analysing and improving the efficiency and sustainability of all local utilities and amenities
- Managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations from concept to completion
- Leading the full project lifecycle for CDCs (Crown Decorative Centres), store refurbishments, and major upgrades
- You'll be working closely with colleagues across both the UK and Ireland, as well as liaising with local authorities and government bodies to ensure compliance and secure relevant grants and levies.
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, especially around facilities and energy usage
- Solid understanding of financial assets and government regulations impacting infrastructure
- A track record of managing contractors and external suppliers
- Influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with great organisational awareness
- Flexibility and confidence to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- An interest in sustainability and innovation
