Cluster Area Director of Sales

As Area Director of Sales, you will report to the Deputy Head of Sales Ireland, guiding hotel operations effectively, liaising with General Managers, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards, while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead hotel sales strategy, planning, and forecasting
  • Support lead generation culture across hotels
  • Represent the hotels at sales meetings and events
  • Utilize tools like CRM, BI, Market Intelligence, and Solver for efficiency

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Director or Cluster Sales Manager
  • Multi-site experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Influential and commercially aware with analytical skills
  • Organized and results-driven
  • Knowledge of the Galway market is essential
