Engineers Ireland requires its members to undertake and record 35 hours of CPD activities each year, with the exception of student members and retired members. You can record your hours in the My CPD section on your dashboard or via the button below.

Log your CPD activities and declaration on My CPD

My CPD facilitates the recording of CPD activities and allows members to refer to, download, and print their CPD records.

CPD includes a wide variety of learning activities, many of which are free. Ask yourself if the learning activity contributes to your professional development. If the answer is yes, then it counts as CPD. At Engineers Ireland, we have grouped CPD activities into the following six categories.
