Key Responsibilities- Data Analytics: Data gathering, scrubbing, analysis, dashboard design and production, and reporting.
- Project Management: Supporting project management systems, assisting with IT investment projects, and providing administrative support.
- IT Support: Assisting with IT onboarding/offboarding, device compliance, issue resolution, and user support for Microsoft 365 tools.
- Process Development: Developing efficient processes for documentation, updating dashboards, and creating intuitive storage systems.
- Cybersecurity: Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT and digital systems, managing processes, policies, and technical controls.
- Working towards a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Innovation and Technology courses, Digital Business and Innovation courses.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and other relevant technologies is desirable.

ContractThis is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's IT function. ESB is committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working. The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
