Soliant Health is seeking an experienced outpatient pharmacist for an exciting travel opportunity at a federal IHS facility in Newtown, North Dakota. This 13+ week assignment comes with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition. Housing is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to gain valuable experience in a federal healthcare setting.
Position Details- Setting: Outpatient Pharmacy (IHS Federal Facility)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13+ weeks, with the potential for permanent hire
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients
- Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care
- Active North Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing (no negative history)
- 2+ years of retail or outpatient pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care and patient counseling
- Previous IHS or Tribal healthcare experience preferred but not required
