A leading Tier One construction contractor with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects across Ireland and abroad are on the lookout for a Fit-Out Foreman to join their team. They are renowned for their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, and have successfully completed landmark developments in the healthcare, commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. They are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Finishing Foreman to oversee finishing works on a major hospital project in the Greater Dublin Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising finishing trades, ensuring that quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a flagship healthcare development with one of Ireland's most respected contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on site, ensuring works are delivered to specification, programme, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the site management team to resolve technical and design issues as they arise.
  • Manage subcontractors effectively, maintaining clear communication and progress reporting.
  • Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks to ensure the highest level of finishes.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site in line with company and statutory requirements.
  • Provide daily updates and support to the site manager.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale commercial or healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, finishing trades, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven subcontractor management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
