Exciting Opportunity: Legal Counsel – Dublin, Ireland

PPR is currently seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel on a fixed term contract to join a leading aircraft lessor based in Dublin.

As Legal Counsel, you'll be at the heart of high-value global transactions, drafting and negotiating key contracts across sales, purchases, leases, and finance for commercial aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for sales, acquisitions, leasing, and finance within the aircraft leasing industry.
  • Structuring and negotiating finance agreements for complex transactions.
  • Reviewing term sheets and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert legal advice across multiple departments to support compliance, transaction and project needs.
  • Managing compliance issues, default risks, and workout issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4+ years PQE in asset leasing or finance, with a solid academic and professional background (in-house or private practice).
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiation with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience in working within a global, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance legal needs and business objectives.

Experience Required: 4+ years PQE
