AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst - Italian - 12 Month Contract

Join Apple in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML). We are seeking a motivated Annotation Analyst to enhance user experience through data annotation, focusing on audio and visual data, and evaluating responses against guidelines. This role requires active listening, cultural knowledge, and attention to detail. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting Apple services and contributing to innovative products like Siri.

Responsibilities include:

  • Annotating and evaluating data from customers who have opted into the grading program
  • Using language and cultural knowledge to assess responses
  • Prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting customer experience improvements through data evaluation

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7am-9am start and 4pm-6pm end, based on business needs. Benefits include competitive pay, stock plan eligibility, time off, and employee discounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian (reading, writing, comprehension)
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, comprehension)
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Knowledge of local region and cultural variations
  • Commitment to integrity and customer privacy

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking in language evaluation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
  • Experience in content review or related fields
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows
  • Independent decision-making skills
  • Experience with Siri or similar AI technologies
  • Ability to meet targets under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Comfort working with sensitive or offensive content
  • Receptiveness to feedback and team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
