As a Solar PV Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You'll work with internal teams, contractors, and customers to deliver high-quality technical support and after-sales service.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via SKE - Huawei systems and Solar Fusion platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve PV system issues remotely and on-site
• Guide customers and internal teams on system performance and maintenance
• Support SEAI audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with electricians, project managers, and contractors
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Solar PV technical support (SKE - Huawei experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, standards, and regulations
• Familiarity with Solar Fusion or similar monitoring platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
