The Person

EZ Living Furniture is looking to recruit a competent & enthusiastic Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to join & lead our dynamic team at our Outlet store in Galway city.

This position involves supporting a team of salespeople in reaching and exceeding both personal and company targets, while ensuring all daily activities for the smooth running and development of our store are completed. The successful candidate will have proven sales ability, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver a first-rate customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
  2. Communicate with & motivate the team continuously.
  3. Achieve the store KPIs.
  4. Develop the sales and customer service skills of the team.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  6. Serve as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
  7. Coach the team regularly to review product knowledge, company policies, and brand values.
  8. Manage people activities in liaison with HR & senior management.
  9. Prepare and submit regular reports for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  2. Excellent reporting skills.
  3. Proven people management and team leadership abilities.
  4. Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn in-house systems.
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Ability to use initiative and escalate issues when necessary.
