As our new Senior Product Design Manager, to lead our growing team of UX and UI designers. You'll serve as a pivotal leader in the evolution of our design practice and product experiences championing user-centered thinking, system-level design, and measurable business impact. In this role, you'll partner closely with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape product strategy and drive innovation across our platform.

This role is ideal for a design leader who's passionate about solving complex problems, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and is eager to play a key role in GTreasury's product-led growth.

Essential Duties
  • Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers while fostering a culture of feedback, experimentation, and craft excellence.
  • Own Design Strategy: Partner with PMs and Engineers to define product vision and translate business goals into scalable, elegant user experiences.
  • Drive Consistency: Evolve our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the entire GTreasury platform.
  • Champion User Needs: Leverage user research and data to deeply understand our users, while translating insights into design decisions that drive measurable impact.
  • Elevate Product Thinking: Serve as a design voice in cross-functional product discovery and strategy, while aligning outcomes and driving customer value.
  • Operationalize Design: Implement tools, processes, and rituals that enable repeatable, high-quality design practice across multiple pods.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with PM, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive experiences that span product and service touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • At least 3 years managing designers.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates deep systems thinking, user-centered solutions, and business results.
  • Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with M&A-driven product expansion, including integrating acquired products and delivering a seamless, unified user experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Figma (or equivalent tools), with expertise in AI prototyping tools and design systems.
  • Familiarity with modern product development and agile methodologies.
  • Passion for solving ambiguity and delivering clarity in complex workflows.
  • A growth mindset and a love for building teams, practices, and culture.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required; Masters degree nice to have. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
