Established in Galway in 1997, Insomnia is the first independent coffee shop company in Ireland. We craft our coffee the Irish way — bold, unapologetic, and smooth with character. As we grow, we are looking for enthusiastic coffee lovers who can embody our philosophy: delivering the best cup of coffee every time.

Minimum contracted hours: 21 per week.

Insomnia Baristas
  • Bring a positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent service
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Experience in high-standard settings preferred, with knowledge of audits and compliance (training provided if needed)
  • Flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7-day operation
  • Coffee experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
