As well as coveted colognes, Jo Malone London creates luxurious scents for bath, body and home. Distinctive yet understated. Perfect alone or artfully layered to create unique personalised fragrances.

We're on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our magical retail teams during the most exciting time of year.

Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. From iconic colognes to luxurious bath, body and home products, each item tells a unique story. And we want you to help share that story with our customers.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations
  • Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent
  • Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Work as a team to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation
