Motor Vehicle Technician – Join the Award-Winning Commercial Workshop at Rathcoole Commercial

Location: South Dublin

Shifts: Monday to Friday (7am–4pm or 2pm–11pm)

Annual Leave: 21 days + public holidays

Your Role

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you'll be working in a state-of-the-art workshop equipped with the latest OEM diagnostic tools and technology. You'll be responsible for:

  • Routine & Preventative Maintenance on commercial vehicles
  • Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting using OEM systems
  • Mechanical & Electrical Repairs across a wide range of vehicle systems
Career Progression & Remuneration

We offer a structured competency-based remuneration system:

  • Level 1: Mechanic = €45,000 - €52,000
  • Level 2: Mechanic = €52,000 - €58,000
  • Level 3: Senior/Master Technician = €58,000 - €65,000

Progression is based on technical ability, diagnostic skills, and training milestones.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic or Vehicle Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Organised and resilient under pressure
  • Full C Licence preferred but not essential
