Workplace Solutions - Product Marketing Manager at JPMorganChase. This role involves supporting the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our B2B technology solutions. As a product evangelist, you will bring our roadmap to life, crafting go-to-market strategies and messaging that resonate with our clients and prospects. Your work will ensure that our sales and marketing materials put our clients at the heart of everything we do. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are effectively positioned in the market and meet the needs of our customers. Your ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content will be key to your success and driving lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging, ensuring our solutions meet market demands.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop regional go-to-market strategies for our products and services, working closely with digital teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Assist in developing clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content writers and creative designers to create and maintain a library of marketing assets, including product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and presentations.
- Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with product training, sales tools, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers. Keep the RFP and Sales Enablement team informed of product updates.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and webinars, to drive product awareness and demand.
- Customer Feedback & Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Liaise with teams across Workplace Solutions to ensure quality content and accuracy of our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology company.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the equity compensation industry.
- Ability to translate technical terms into digestible, human content.
- Strong written skills and ability to interpret brand guidelines and style guides.
- Passionate about putting our audience first.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
