Job Description:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facility, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service, and that the spa maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the spa's daily operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring that all spa services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Play a key role in staff training and development. You will be expected to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to spa staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about spa services, products, and procedures.
  • Be responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • To conduct regular inspections of the spa facility, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of spa operations, including guest feedback, staff performance, and inventory management.
  • To handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable spa experience.
  • Promoting spa services and products, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills/Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa or wellness facility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential
  • Minimum 12 months' valid work permit required
