OverviewInternal Audit Manager - Dublin (Hybrid) - Global Financial Service Client
We\'re hiring for an Internal Audit Manager on behalf of a leading Financial Service client. Based in Dublin, this is a hybrid role with real flexibility and the chance to join a high-performing, global internal audit team with a clear focus on innovation, data and AI.
You'll play a key part in shaping and delivering a risk-based audit plan across the business and general operations, working closely with senior stakeholders and international colleagues. You will be part of a new team build where you can get the chance to set up the function from scratch
What you'll do- Lead and deliver end-to-end audits across Life and P&C insurance
- Identify risks, report insights and influence broader business improvements
- Engage with senior leadership and regulators
- Support team development and coach others
- Champion data, tech and AI within audit work
- 7+ years in internal audit, risk or compliance (insurance or FS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of internal audit frameworks and standards
- Excellent stakeholder skills and report writing ability
- Passion for learning, data, tech and working collaboratively
- Mid-Senior level
