GPC Finance is excited to collaborate with a prominent Top 20 Accounting and Auditing firm in their search for an Audit Senior to join their dynamic team, but this opportunity is based in Galway rather than Cork. As part of their ongoing expansion, we have an exciting opening for a motivated and dedicated Audit Senior to become a part of a progressive Irish Accounting Firm located in the heart of Galway City Centre.

Role
  • Lead, oversee, and complete audit assignments across a range of client portfolios in various industries.
  • Perform audits of corporate entities in accordance with established auditing standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit strategies.
  • Create and review financial statements.
  • Assess the performance of team members.
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting junior staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships.
Requirements
  • Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of similar experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in finalizing financial accounts.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: €50,000 – €65,000.
