Principal Electrical Critical Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process and production of electrical design deliverables, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met with precision and ingenuity.
- Manage a team of engineers, monitoring budgets and project timelines, while fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure continuous communication with the wider project and client teams, facilitating open channels for feedback and updates, which is vital for project success.
- Motivate and inspire colleagues, aiding in the development of less experienced engineers by providing guidance, support, and sharing expert knowledge.
- Ownership: Ability to independently own tasks, pushing projects forward effectively and taking initiative to address and pre-empt potential issues.
- Problem Solving: Capacity to navigate through challenges, guiding the team towards solutions with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Collaboration: Recognition of the importance of multi-disciplinary teamwork in design environments, working cohesively with all stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
