Leading Irish organisation with a national remit require an experienced Finance Manager to join their Head Office team at a time of growth and development.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial management of a diverse business, covering financial control, budgetary control, financial planning & analysis, and compliance.

Key Tasks will include:

  1. Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports
  2. Management of budgets and forecasts
  3. Preparation of Strategic Financial Plans
  4. Preparation of reports for senior management
  5. Management of stock control processes
  6. Review of Internal Controls
  7. Documentation of processes and procedures
  8. Lead process improvement projects
  9. Support and develop a finance team
  10. Oversee key tasks at year-end
  11. Project management
  12. Liaison with external stakeholders to include Auditors

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8–10 years pqe and possess strong financial reporting, management accounting, and financial analysis experience, along with good staff management skills.

You will also have excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel. SAP experience is a benefit but not essential. You will need proven interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: €95K - €105K (depending on experience)
