We are seeking a Senior Cloud Configuration Developer to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration for part of the week. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration and holistic design of our SaaS solutions, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors, as well as integrations across a complex cloud and on-premise environment. This role will also serve as a technical lead, overseeing system modifications and ensuring optimal design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee configuration and design of SaaS solutions, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage a complex landscape of systems with multiple integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, estimation, design, and configuration while ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Act as a technical lead, providing guidance on design decisions and overseeing sustainment tasks.
  • Provide production support for applications across the global technology landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document IT solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure system configuration changes adhere to compliance and security standards.
  • Design, build, and implement new integrations while continuously reviewing efficiencies in existing ones.
  • Work with cloud service providers on configuration solutions and integrations.
  • Support project leads to ensure timely and budget-aligned project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3rd level qualification in IT or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a SaaS Cloud Configuration or IT Developer role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and software development life cycles.
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based application landscapes.
  • Experience handling complex system integrations with a deep understanding of data flows.
  • Proficiency in integration methodologies and various integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
  • SaaS-specific certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors ERP HCM / SAP Integration Suite Certifications.
  • Ability to work across multiple aspects of the software development lifecycle simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
