Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? My client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the credit and collections processes within a leading hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and suppliers
  • Manage credit risk and assess new credit applications
  • Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and handle queries efficiently
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to support business objectives
  • Prepare regular reports on debtor balances and cash flow

About You:

  • Previous experience in credit control, ideally within hospitality or a related sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
