Social Care Worker - Permanent Part Time (39 hours per fortnight with up to 5 sleepovers)

The role of a Social Care Worker

Social Care Workers fulfil a key supportive and advocative role for individuals supported by the service. The role involves supporting the person in all aspects of their life, focusing on their abilities, promoting independence and skills development. They assist with practical tasks in daily life, either at home or in a day service setting. They help develop individual person-centred plans, support informed choices, and encourage community participation through inclusive and creative thinking.
