Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a Dublin Private Hospital are seeking the next generation of nursing professionals. Our Graduate Nurse Programme 2024/2025 is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified nurses to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience while developing their clinical skills in a range of diverse healthcare settings.
As part of their Graduate Nurse Programme, you'll rotate through four key clinical areas, including Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, Oncology, and PACU, allowing you to explore various specialties and find your ideal career path. You will receive mentorship and guidance from our experienced nursing team, ensuring you develop the required competencies and feel supported every step of the way.
What You Can Expect:
- Permanent Contract: Enjoy job security with a permanent position, with the first year dedicated to the Graduate Nurse Programme.
- Competitive Salary & Introductory Payment: Receive a competitive salary, along with an introductory payment of €3,500 (Terms and Conditions apply).
- Supernumerary Period: Get additional support with an initial supernumerary period in your assigned clinical area.
- Broad Experience: Gain exposure to a variety of specialties, including Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, Oncology, and PACU.

- B.Sc. in General Nursing
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
