Join to apply for the Weekend Support Worker, Bangor role at Autism Initiatives.

We are seeking a Part-time weekend Support Worker to join our Bangor team. You will support individuals using our services in activities such as developing independence, accessing work/education, and leisure activities.

At Autism Initiatives, we work with people with autism, providing tailored, specialist services. Our values include Autism-Focused, Respect, Excellence, Empowerment, Collaboration, Commitment to Change, and Rights-based approaches.

This role requires an enhanced Access NI check, which the organization will fund. We offer competitive pay, pension, sick pay, enhanced maternity pay, paid Access NI, NISCC fee after two years, generous leave, holiday buy/sell options, long service awards, staff discounts, training, and wellbeing support, among other benefits.

Essential criteria include: knowledge or experience in care/support, flexibility for rota work including weekends, and NISCC registration or application. Mandatory training dates are provided, and a full UK manual driving license is desirable.

Shifts available include various start times, with options for Saturdays or Sundays, and different hours per shift.
