As a graduate trainee on the Audit & Assurance team, you'll work with diverse clients from startups to SMEs to global multinationals across Ireland, the UK and the US. You'll engage with clients in pharmaceuticals, fintech, banking, hospitality, asset management and more, and you'll collaborate with subject-matter experts from Grant Thornton's international network.

As a graduate trainee on the Advisory Services team, you'll work with organisations of all sizes to address challenges in areas such as digital transformation, change management, corporate finance and business strategy. You'll contribute on the ground as part of a team of subject-matter experts, serving clients across industries including retail, law, food and agriculture, technology, healthcare and more.

Our Tax team covers the full spectrum of tax, from personal financial planning to local and international business tax. You'll gain immersive exposure and interesting work assignments, developing tax strategies and solutions tailored to client needs. You'll work with a range of businesses—from sole traders to SMEs in multiple industries.

We are hiring graduates from various disciplines, including business, computer science, STEM, accountancy, and more. We seek creative thinkers with fresh ideas and ambitious traditionalists. A minimum 2.1 degree and strong IT skills are desirable. We'll provide the experience; you provide the ambition.
