As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy to elevate the brand's online presence and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Online Team. You will be responsible for managing the online team, creating and managing the marketing calendar, implementing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and customer engagement.

Please note this role is based in our Monkstown location and part time flexi week will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy to enhance Seagreen's online visibility and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define clear objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Providing guidance, mentorship and leadership of the online team.
• Overseeing work of junior members to ensure all content is of a high standard of writing, on brand.

Reporting and Budget Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.

Marketing Calendar:

• Create and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and content releases across all digital channels.
• Manage the content creation process, collaborating with in-house stylists and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and copy.

Content Creation and Management:

• Work with Social Media Manager to create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Ensure that all content aligns with Seagreen's brand identity and messaging.

Email Marketing & SMS:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.
• Segment email lists and optimize email content for maximum impact.
• Assist in the planning and execution of weekly text and SMS marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.

Paid Ads:

• Work closely with marketing agencies to plan and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, as well as email marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative and compelling content for digital ads, collaborating with design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal ROI.

VIP Programs: Manage the marketing efforts for VIP programs, including personal shopping services, to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.

Retail Partnerships: Oversee the marketing aspects of partnerships, such as the Farfetch retail partnership, to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.

Brand Ambassadors/Influencers: Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to amplify Seagreen's online presence and reach a wider audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Experience managing social media channels, marketing calendar, marketing budgets, email marketing, CRM, and influencers for a brand.
• Experience working with external agencies
• A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• A high standard of content writing.
• An interest in luxury fashion is essential.
