Stewarts Care is the Lead agency for CDNT 5 Lucan in CHO 7, working in partnership with CHO 7 lead agencies: KARE, HSE, Stewarts Care and CRC.
JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Children's Disability Network Manager to join our team in CDNT 5 Lucan.
The initial vacancy is for CDNT5 Lucan, CHO7. A panel will be created for the post of Children's Disability Network Manager in Stewarts Care from which permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Contract Type: This is a permanent full-time post*
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: €88,301 – €97,186 per annum in accordance with Department of Health Consolidated Pay Scales
Reporting Relationship: The Children's Disability Network Manager will report to the Clinical Director of HSCP.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities:
- To promote a child and family centred practice within the Lead Agency.
- To provide strategic leadership and direction for the team which results in the delivery of effective, efficient, quality assured and person-centred services in collaboration with the Lead Agency and in line with National Policy.
- To be accountable for the management and reporting of all financial allocations (pay and non-pay) associated with the delivery of Children's Disability Services in the assigned network.
Essential Criteria:
- Have a relevant professional qualification in a Health and Social Care Profession or Nursing and where appropriate, have statutory registration or professional registration/accreditation.
- Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience including three years working in or managing the delivery of children's disability therapeutic services.
- Have a requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
- Full driver's licence and access to their own vehicle.
