Recruitment Lead | C&Q | Validation | Quality | Life Sciences Talent Specialist

This is a 9-month contractor position.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the global supplier and material approval processes including migration of site-based processes to the global process.
  2. Support the Quality Agreement management process.
  3. Support Supplier Change Notification process to ensure appropriate change control and regulatory updates have been made prior to making changes.
  4. Assist in the preparation of inputs to the Supplier Reviews process, including preparation of data for the review, summarizing the results and status of complaints initiated with suppliers to drive improvement.
  5. Assist in the monitoring and reporting of supplier performance indicators and contribute to the quality improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
  6. Support Continuous Improvement of the Supplier Quality System.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Science Degree.
  2. Minimum of 4 years Supplier Quality experience.
  3. Knowledge of applicable international GXP regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, GDP etc.).
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
  5. Experience with Quality Systems/tools.
