Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR Graduate

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources Department

REPORTING TO: HR Business Partner

Objectives Of Position

• Support the HR Department with activities including recruitment, administration, employee relations, system functions, and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all HR aspects such as recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and engagement.
• Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and training.
• Provide HRIS support.
• Generate reports on absenteeism, leave, holiday accruals, and labour turnover.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Personnel Specifications

Essential:

• University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Interest in HR.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
