Job Description
  • Create, review, and distribute reconciliations and customized daily/monthly reporting packages to clients and internal teams;
  • Liaise with external counterparties including fund custodians and investment managers regarding data tie outs and ad hoc reporting requests;
  • Assist with new client onboarding, audits, and strategic initiatives;
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure team is fully aware of all daily deliverables and expectations;
  • Assume responsibility for training and development of C&SP staff;
  • Own process improvement and ensure final delivery of solutions;
  • Develop a "big picture" understanding of daily portfolio reporting, internal system usage, and client delivery;
  • Ensure timeframes and deliverables are met per service level agreements;
  • Prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks while maintaining high-quality customer service;
  • Apply market knowledge and best practices in managing transactions and data flows;
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to develop leadership skills;
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred;
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a related role;
  • Knowledge of loan operations and credit/debt funds;
  • Experience mentoring and managing team workloads preferred;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills — responsive, friendly, professional, organized;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and analysis tools is a plus;
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment;
  • Willingness to work within deadlines.
