Senior SAP ABAP HANA Technical Consultant – SuccessFactors

Job Type: 6 months + contract

Location: Dublin - Once in 3 weeks (flexible)

The Role

As a Senior SAP ABAP HANA Technical Consultant, you will be in a strategic position with regular changes. You will work on a project supporting a key utilities provider in Ireland.

Your responsibilities:
  • Full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors from project preparation to go-live.
  • Subject matter expertise in HR domain, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and Onboarding modules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, integration architecture, and deployment roadmaps focused on SAP solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Lead planning, facilitate workshops, and support customer discussions.
  • Perform testing phases including unit, link, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Your Profile

Essential skills/experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Led at least 4 full lifecycle project implementations as R&O Lead Consultant.
  • Experience with at least one Onboarding 2.0 implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Experience with complex data migrations from HR legacy systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of standard testing practices; experience with HP Quality Centre is a plus.
  • Experience in large SAP projects and all project lifecycle phases.
Desirable skills/experience:
  • Experience with HP Quality Centre for test scripting and defect resolution.
  • Leadership qualities are highly desirable.

Candidates should hold appropriate work authorization for Ireland (e.g., Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport).
