CSR is working with a leading innovator in the construction industry, specializing in modular building solutions. As we expand our operations across the Leinster region, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our Modular Division. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple modular projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager in our Modular Division, you will be responsible for managing several high-profile modular construction projects across Leinster. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of each project. Your role will involve overseeing every stage of the construction process, from design and procurement to on-site execution and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple modular construction projects across Leinster.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, budgets, timelines, and contracts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to progress.
  • Monitor and assess project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Oversee the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A relevant degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in managing modular construction projects or other large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of modular construction processes, materials, and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites across Leinster.
