Purpose of the Role

Ensure that referrals received are recorded and managed on the patient administration system (Ipims) in a timely manner in accordance with the OSPIP Guidelines

To ensure timely transfer Of OPD referrals to NOHC OPD

Act as liaison between clinical team and patient.

Act as liaison person between patient and clinical team.

Liaise with admissions, medical record and clinical team at CHI TS and NOHC

Provide cover and administration support to Cappagh IPDC outsourcing admin as directed.

Arrange meetings & take minutes as required.

Essential Criteria

Have at least three years secretarial/administrative experience (two of which should be relevant hospital/healthcare experience)

Typing skills and a knowledge of MS Office computer packages eg. Word/excel

Knowledge of Patient Administrative Systems
