Sterilisation Operator

Roles And Responsibilities
- Key role in the operation of our sterilisation process and part of a team responsible for processing all finished goods in an efficient, timely and co-ordinated manner, while fully adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, which will deliver the optimum throughput and results
- Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Baxter's sterilisation process through the Sterilisation Management System and will be part of a team accountable for processing all finished goods
- Loading/Unloading Vessels, reviewing cycles and managing aberrations
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum Secondary level Education required
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently
- Capable of handling a wide variety of work
- Ability to respond to set tasks in a timely manner
- Able to deliver detailed and accurate data as required in the role
- Maintain excellent Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Portray a professional, helpful and courteous attitude while carrying out job
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management
- Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
