CAFCO is the leading Vehicle Bodybuilding and Conversion company in Ireland.

Due to continued expansion, we now have Trainee Bodybuilder/Fabricator positions immediately available at our Baldonnell workshop facility.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in the Following Key Areas:
  • Measuring and cutting wood, metal, or plastics
  • General mechanical assembly
  • Welding
  • Using hand tools and basic metal and wood cutting equipment

Responsibilities
  • Adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Delivery of a quality finished product
  • Working as part of an integrated production team
  • Working within a fast-paced production environment

A full driving license is advantageous for this role with CAFCO.

Training Provided Over the Three-Year Program
  • Workshop Health and Safety training
  • Certified steel and aluminum welding training
  • Operator training on the latest CNC and Laser cutting equipment
  • Certified City & Guilds applicable workshop module training
  • Fork-lift and MEWP operator training
  • General fabrication and OEM product certified training
