Are you looking to escape the city life and work in a bustling town? Costelloe Estate Agents, a well-established and recognized company, is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of our property portfolio.

Please note this position cannot consider overseas applications. No visa sponsorship or accommodation available.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties with proactive client communication.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase engagement and sales.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, website updates, social media, and brochure preparation.
  • Utilize relevant technology systems and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Co-ordinate and host property viewings, open houses and sales events.
  • Comply with PRSA Act provisions, Anti Money Laundering, BER, and Data Protection legislation.

Requirements:

  • PRSA Licence holder (Negotiable).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/ Marketing
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Access to a car and a full driver's licence.
