Accommodation Porter

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Accommodation Porter to join our Accommodation Team. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our accommodation services, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all guests/residents.

• Assist with the moving and setup of furniture and equipment in rooms and communal areas
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of accommodation areas, including hallways and storage spaces
• Deliver linens, toiletries, and other supplies to rooms as required
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with logistical tasks
• Respond promptly to guest/resident requests or incidents
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department

• Physically fit and able to lift and move furniture and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility to cover weekends as required
