Overview
Our client is a outlet store of luxury brands based in the heart of Dublin city. As a sales assistant you will be an integral part of the team, providing excellent customer service experience and contributing to the overall success to the store.
You will be assisting clients in finding products that meet their needs, ensure an exemplary shopping experience and help maintain the stores visual and operational standards.
Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and presentation of the brand universe and its collections as ambassador.
  • Reception and personalized customer care (individual/group appointments, opening of doors depending on activity).
  • Helping to develop sales and achieve targets.
  • Recruiting and building customer loyalty.
  • Developing, managing and monitoring the customer file and customer relations.
  • Helping to enhance the customer experience and creating training tools for advice/products/brands.
  • Organizing activities and events with customers at the point of sale.
  • Running the sales outlet and displaying the collections.
  • Reporting and analysing performance, objectives, and sales indicators.
  • Managing and optimizing merchandise and stock.
  • Cashiering and sales administration support.
  • Management of operations relating to the business.

Requirements

  • Experience with Luxury brands and has a good understanding of Luxury goods
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Sales focused with an approachable and friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service, reliability and time management skills is essential
