Overview

Securitas Technology Ireland are currently recruiting for a Store Operative based in Ballymount, Dublin. Ballymount is accessible via public transport and there is an onsite carpark available.

This is a full-time position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm.

Purpose of position

The stores team is responsible for the inspection and coordination of both inbound and outbound materials and equipment. Ensuring materials and 3rd party equipment are processed in line with procedures and to agreed time lines.

Major Responsibilities
  • Goods Inwards, checking and storing of materials received
  • Picking, Packing, Shipping of Outward bound deliveries
  • Liaising with internal customers and carriers in relation to delivery information
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing and entering transactions on stock control system
  • Conducting regular stock counts
  • Keeping a clean and safe working environment in the Warehouse
Professional Experience
  • Experience of using MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Sound knowledge of stock control systems
  • 2 years previous stores experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
