An exciting career opportunity for a senior tax manager to join a professional services firm in Dublin, Ireland. The role supports the tax partner in leading and growing the team to meet the evolving needs of clients, while promoting a positive work culture and work/life balance.
As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality tax services, while supporting the tax partner on leadership and business development initiatives to contribute to the continued growth of the practice. The role requires a strong blend of compliance and advisory expertise and you will support existing clients and assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
About the position- Lead the delivery of high-quality, proactive tax services across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal controls, best practice procedures, and review standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and senior leaders across the firm's practice areas and office network.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment, offering coaching and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Serve as a technical expert with deep knowledge of tax legislation, principles, and standards, applying them confidently to client scenarios.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing processes and contributing to strategic and technology initiatives across the Tax function.
- CTA tax advisor with 2-3 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
- Detailed working knowledge of Corporation Tax with a good understanding of other taxes in Ireland such as VAT, personal and employment taxation.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client needs.
- A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to leverage technology and innovative solutions to drive business success.
