Overview

Seasonal Call Taker and Part time Call Taker role at Caredoc CLG. Based in Caredoc Call Assessment Centre, St. Dympna's Hospital, Athy Road, Carlow. Working hours include weekends, evenings and overnights. Hours will vary depending on the requirements of the Caredoc service with a high level of flexibility required in line with operational requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide call-taking support as part of the Caredoc service.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
