HR Officer - Dublin - 6-month FTC

MCS is excited to announce an open opportunity to join an award-winning FMCG located in Dublin, Ireland looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resource Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities
As HR Officer, you will:

  • Provide administrative support across key HR functions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
  • Carry out right-to-work checks and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
  • Take clear and confidential notes during HR meetings, including disciplinaries and investigations.
  • Support absence tracking and return-to-work processes in collaboration with line managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist the wider HR team with day-to-day queries.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working within a HR function
  • CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD qualification preferred
  • Qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
