Dromoland Castle Resort has an exciting opportunity to join our award winning team at The Castle Spa. We are currently recruiting for a Spa Attendant who is committed, friendly and guest focussed.

The Castle Spa at Dromoland promises restful therapies, soothing treatments and invigorating beauty rituals, all inspired by one of Dromoland Castles most revered guardians, Lady Ethel. The Castle Spa is located in the heart of Dromoland and our team are committed to providing rejuvenation and relaxation therapies to our clients with our handpicked collection of premier spa brands - Dr. Barbara Sturm, Seabody and OSKIA in addition to our natural ingredients and botanicals sourced from Dromolands 500-acre estate.

• To ensure the smooth and professional cleaning and servicing of the spa areas.
• To present a clean, fresh and friendly environment to the agreed standard therefore ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Pick up laundry/linen and stock and disperse throughout the Spa.
• To ensure all areas of the Spa are fully stocked at all times.
• Perform and assist in high level customer service spa duties.
• To ensure that the Spa is immaculate at all times.

• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task.
• Enjoy cleaning.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly outgoing personality.
• Fluency of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential.

• The Castle Spa dedicated team of professionals will provide full in-house training on all treatments, guest service, sales skills and product knowledge on our unique body and skincare range including Dr. Barbara Sturm, OSKIA, Seabody.
