As a Machinist, you will be responsible for:

1. Programming and operating precision dicing and grinding machines to tolerances down to +/-3µm.
2. Maintaining high standards of accuracy and repeatability with excellent attention to detail.
3. Checking and inspecting your work to ensure it meets required standards and tolerances, using various measurement equipment.
4. Modifying process parameters based on material specifications or machine feedback.
5. Proactively reporting health, safety, and environmental risks.
6. Performing machine maintenance as scheduled.
7. Completing and recording work digitally using the SAP system accurately and timely.
8. Carrying out other duties as reasonably required within your capabilities.
9. Maintaining a clean room environment following good manufacturing practices.

To be successful in this role, you will:

1. Understand mechanical drawings and measure work to tolerances.
2. Have experience with manual machining, including lathes and milling machines.
3. Work independently and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process.
4. Be a good team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
