Job Overview:
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and cross-channel media execution. The Senior Paid Media Specialist will own high-budget, high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging digital platforms, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth at scale.
Success in this role means being at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, leveraging data to optimize performance, and influencing broader marketing strategies. You will also be a mentor and key advisor within the marketing team, guiding best practices and fostering a test-and-learn culture to push boundaries and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Strategic Ownership: Lead and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, ensuring all campaigns align with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Advanced Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ad creatives.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with the broader marketing team (CRM, SEO, Content, and Product) to ensure holistic, full-funnel marketing execution.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Develop and present detailed campaign performance reports, analyzing key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV. Provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Drive a culture of testing and learning, conducting A/B tests on creative, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover insights that drive growth.
- Technology & Automation: Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting automation, AI-driven bidding strategies, and advanced attribution models to improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory guidelines and brand standards while optimizing for performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms with a strong performance marketing background.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets (six to seven figures annually) with a track record of driving scalable growth.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and in-platform reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, first-party data activation, and attribution modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multi-touch attribution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with Product, CRM, SEO, and Data Analytics teams to drive business goals.
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
