Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products, under the guidance of the Deli Manager.
  • Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and HACCP compliance of the work environment and facilities.
  • Prioritize customer care, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme.
  • Conduct deli checks as trained, maintaining high standards.
  • Be flexible to work hours including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
