Overview

Creche Manager – Greystones, Little Harvard Childcare. Join the Little Harvard Leadership Team. We're hiring a Creche Manager for our well-established Greystones centre. If you're confident in leading a team and committed to delivering exceptional early years care and education, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Lead, mentor and support your team
  • Foster strong relationships with families and staff
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations
  • Oversee rostering, admin and documentation
  • Promote a positive, inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education
  • 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and curriculum
  • Confident leadership and people management skills
  • A genuine passion for early years education
