Job Description

Must have skills:

  1. Unix Shell Scripting, SQL
  2. Troubleshooting using logs, Splunk / Dynatrace
  3. ITSM – Incident, Change and Problem Management
  4. L2 Support experience is a must
  5. Snowflake

Good to have skills:

  1. PCF Cloud knowledge
  2. CI/CD, Jenkins, Git & Maven

Roles/Responsibilities:

  1. Incident Resolution - Review and resolve the Incidents arising from Operation Command Center Alerts and Alerts from Enterprise Monitoring Operations (EM Operations), including OMNIBUS and Splunk Alerts.
  2. Change Implementation - Deploying application related artifacts to the production environments in the approved release window and coordinating with Development Teams to fix any deployment issues.
  3. Work Orders - Resolve Work orders in form of Business/functional queries, adhoc testing, verification and validation from Regional product team and customer support teams.
  4. Traffic Routing – perform traffic routing in support of infrastructure maintenance.
  5. Perform Root Cause Analysis for High severity Incidents and take necessary preventive actions.
  6. Supporting UAT testing by the Product team and Regional customer support team.
  7. Configuring application/artifacts and supporting new customer onboarding to the platform.
  8. Raise new change tickets and arrange for approvals, including CAB approvals.
  9. Review and approve change tickets.
  10. Work with customers on ad-hoc queries.
  11. Work with Development / Testing team for defect analysis.
  12. Build automation scripts that reduce the number of Incidents and/or improve processes.
  13. Support customer to fill in the Post Incident Report (PIR) for high impacting Incidents.
  14. Participate / Initiate in War Room calls that impact application availability or have a customer impact.
  15. Willing to work on shifts (Morning & Afternoon shifts) & Weekend support.

  2. Rally (For Story and Bug Tracking)
  3. Splunk and Dynatrace for Monitoring
  4. WinSCP (file movement/ validation)
  5. CyberArk/Putty
  6. Toad – Querying Tool for DB
